Mission
- To offer a service program of physical activity and exercise/nutrition education to the SDSU and San Diego communities with the major emphasis on helping individuals adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle practices related particularly to cardiovascular
- To provide state of the art physiologic testing to meet the needs of individuals and researchers in the San Diego area.
- To afford graduate students and faculty associated with the program an outlet through which master's theses and other research projects may examine the role of physical activity on various aspects of health, disease, and aging.
- To provide an educational medium through which graduate (and undergraduate) students can learn and apply exercise physiology concepts.
