SDSU ROTC

COHP is working with the SDSU ROTC program to provide cardiovascular function and fitness profile screening as well as cardiovascular risk screening for all ROTC participants. We are also offering a series of lectures on nutrition and fitness topics for all ROTC participants. These assessments provide a comprehensive screening for cardiovascular risks and exercise responses that can identify potential problems that may arise from high-intensity exercise. Early detection of potential risk factors can prevent undue injuries and loss of man-hours due to sickness or disease, and may detect potentially life-threatening conditions that might otherwise go undetected.

Without being in this program, I feel sure I would not have ever been able to make the trip, especially since I am 88 years old.
